Remember when you were preparing to train, the file folder for your
course had only a file called, "AUTOCOURSE - TEST" and the Seagull Presentation
Software that you placed in the folder. When you look in the folder
now you will see two additional files, "AUTOCOURSE" and "AUTOCOURSE - BackUp".
.
The file, "AUTOCOURSE" is the completed script for this course. It contains all of the registration information, any notes to Seagull you may have saved, and detailed information about how you trained the course. Here is a look at a small segment of a completed script:
The first column contains the interaction number. The second is
the subject being taught during that segment. The third column is
the time that Seagull projects a particular interaction should occur.
And the sixth is the actual time the event occurred. In the above
example, you can easily see that the instructor started the course late
and was rushing to make up time. If a course starts late for whatever
reason, you should, first, contact Seagull, then, don't try to make up
time. You must run the course an equivalent time late as you started
late.
From this point forward, you should:
1. Send necessary information to Fort Lauderdale.
2. Properly file your back-ups.
3. Return the course file to its original state.

it once and it should change to the necessary configuration.

North Carolina Regional Training Center. Your file names must always
